What a reset actually feels like
July 21, 2026 · James Shinn
I get asked what a session feels like more than anything else. The honest answer: for most people, it feels like almost nothing while it's happening. You sit down. A few sensors listen. The signal runs at a whisper. That's the whole thing.
The change shows up later, and it's quiet. A parent tells me their kid slept through the night. Someone says the drive home felt different — like the volume in their head had come down a notch.
